Par. 1) Change of Products<\/b>
You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
The charge of the change concerns the first change of products and is charged to the customer and the cost is \u20ac 5.00. In case of a second change, the costs of returning the product to us as well as the costs of resending the new one are borne exclusively by the customer.
For returns from abroad the return costs are borne by the person making the return.
In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:

The change process is as follows: After contacting the customer service department, you send us the product to be changed, packed with Speedex Courier without any shipping costs. When we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we will send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product (concerns only the first change in each order) is borne by the customer. If you wish us to send it to you with your own cooperating transport company, you should know that our company does not bear the costs of transporting the parcel and also does not bear any responsibility for any longer delivery time than estimated by the cooperating courier company.

The product must be sent to us, exclusively with the cooperating transport company.

In order to determine if the product is defective you should send us by email at info@nessis1905.gr photos of the product, showing the problem in as much detail as possible, in order to be checked by the competent department of our company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure, you will be fully charged all the costs of transporting the product in addition to those that arise and our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it. Article 9.1. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer informs the supplier of his decision to withdraw from the contract. Within the above deadline, he must inform the company (nessis1905.gr based in Ioannina and address Averof 6A, Ioannina, 45221) of his decision to withdraw from the contract, by sending a clear statement of withdrawal. Par. 1) Obligations of the Supplier<\/b><\/span><\/p>

By way of derogation from paragraph 1, the supplier shall not be required to reimburse additional delivery costs if the consumer has expressly chosen a method of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by the supplier.
<\/p>
The supplier can withhold the refund until he receives the goods back or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
<\/p>
Par. 1) Consumer Obligations<\/b>
The consumer returns the goods or transfers them to the supplier or to a person authorized by the supplier to receive the goods, without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day on which he announced to the supplier his decision to withdraw from the contract in accordance with article 9.1, par. 1. The deadline is observed if the consumer sends back the goods before the expiration of the deadline of 14 calendar days.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only as a result of the management of the goods other than that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. Essentially the following should apply:

The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 9.1. to 9.3. for distance and off-premises contracts, does not apply in the following cases:
[1]. the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health reasons or for hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery, such as underwear, swimwear, socks and the like.
